中國信託銀行信用金融執行長劉奕成表示，希望中國信託Yahoo聯名卡發卡目標是明年底
前20萬張，希望搶奇摩網購3成以上的消費者。
至於發卡量與刷卡金額被國泰超越，劉奕成說，現在看卡數與消費金額意義不大，保費跟
繳稅的金額應該可扣掉，比較希望的是提供消費者生活便利完整性，相信消費者2~3年會
再回來。比如發行四航卡，適合長期出差的人，已發卡5萬張，繳年費的會員佔3~4成。
他強調，不會賠本發卡，以後會發的也是類似這種多家聯盟的卡，不會單發一家。
至於Apple Pay等3大行動支付，他表示，感應式刷卡機需要更新軟體才能用，估市場要到
明年中才會較普遍，中信會先找5~6個點試營運，不會只有1~2個商店可使用就發卡。（林
